Ceramic fiber board is used for fire prevention, thermal insulation, and insulation. Ceramic fiber board itself cannot prevent moisture because it has a high porosity and is easy to absorb moisture. After being soaked, ceramic fiber board will lose its insulation and become the best thermal conductor, with serious consequences. If you are using ceramic fiber board in a humid environment, I suggest using hydrophobic ceramic fiber board, as water molecules will not enter the interior of the ceramic fiber board.
